What I did today:
-Ate Icecream. -Had Green Tea -Sat on the front steps in the sun. -Listened to the Shins on Repeat. -( Tortured my boyfriend )
What I did not do today: -My finals. -My presentation. -My laundry.
Oops! Why am I so fucking giddy these past few days? It's like the most stressful week ever, and I'm completely ignoring it! I'm making it so much worse, and that fact makes me... laugh. Mania can be grand, I say, simply grand!
They put a Cold Stone Creamery in place of where Newbury Comics was.

I cannot wait to get out of school, but I hate the future right now. I am ready to leave and he is not as he's paying for school and can't help with rent and so I must go alone and start a life alone yet I want to be with him, so badly.
Such is life, as they say.
I really want to find like, 10 flamboyantly gay men to live with. Seriously. If I need to get random roomates, or roomates at all, I just don't see myself living with a bunch of girls.

South End blossoming.

After the show (Dane Cook) we were stranded with everyone else who didn't drive in due to the lack of transportation. We walked to government center, no empty cabs. Walked to the common, no empty cabs. Walked to beacon hill, no empty cabs. Walked further til we finally found one over an hour later. It was still fine and fun since it wasn't cold out. But still, come on Boston. Keep the damn T's open til 3am. And if you don't, have plenty of buses and cabs available.
Someone should rent me a closet to live in in the south end, because I really want to live there It's so beautiful. I will give you one dollar.
Good times.

In painting yesterday, we watched a video called "the American Mullet" because my professor mentioned he owned it (during our random 80s fashion discussion) and I begged him to bring it in.

i'm honestly considering teaching english in s. korea or japan next year through one of those programs because you get paid and it'a good way to save money while also being abroad but at the same time, i'm apprehensive. How do you teach english to people when you can't speak their language? I know some people who are doing that right now and say it's easy but i'll have to ask them how it works. I'm afraid I'd get there and be fired for being so bad at it.
hahaha i love this click to see how badly ppl are airbrushed on magazine covers

The Procrastinator's Creed:
1. I believe that if anything is worth doing, it would have been done already.
2. I shall never move quickly, except to avoid more work or find excuses.
3. I will never rush into a job without a lifetime of consideration.
4. I shall meet all of my deadlines directly in proportion to the amount of bodily injury I could expect to receive from missing them.
5. I firmly believe that tomorrow holds the possibility for new technologies, astounding discoveries, and a reprieve from my obligations.
6. I truly believe that all deadlines are unreasonable regardless of the amount of time given.
7. I shall never forget that the probability of a miracle, though infinitesmally small, is not exactly zero.
8. If at first I don't succeed, there is always next year.
9. I shall always decide not to decide, unless of course I decide to change my mind.
10. I shall always begin, start, initiate, take the first step, and/or write the first word, when I get around to it.
11. I obey the law of inverse excuses which demands that the greater the task to be done, the more insignificant the work that must be done prior to beginning the greater task.
12. I know that the work cycle is not plan/start/finish, but is wait/plan/plan.
13. I will never put off until tomorrow, what I can forget about forever.

I've been cooking alot. It's weird. I just get these whims and make random recipes. Half the time it comes out like mush that gets poured into the trash but half the time it comes out good. I made coconut ginger thai rice dish and it was good.
i made the best cookies in the cape too without a recipe. they were called inspiration. I think they had cocoa puffs in them. and graham crackers. and peanut butter?
the marshmellow ones weren't as successful but were good frozen. muffin will testify.
ew i'm a monica.
i dont want school to start because i will miss sleeping in. but my life needs more structure so I also sort of want it to start. i'm taking mostly bullshit classes like nutrition and sociology and sculpture anyways.
I hope Charlie gets his loans so he can go back this semester.

vacation was fun until i caught the egyptian plague from mary and now i am waiting for death.
it was funny when my standard died so a towtruck came and got it at the cottage this morning while i was making curdled pancakes but even funnier when it broke down again tonight in the bjs parking lot and because charlie and i were stuck there for an hour so of course we finally just succumbed and bought season 9 of friends.
coughdrops.

I've been doing things like drinking/smoking while going to parks/playgrounds, playing on slip n slides, pretending to play volleyball but really just playing catch and just sitting outside/going for walks around town instead of driving. I know this may sound boring, but it is blissful. I miss the days before having a car, we were forced to make fun. Okay I take that back completely but shhhhhh.
Charlie beat me at playstation wrestling and I threw a hissy fit.
( blablabla ) I guess I'm drinking absinthe this weekend. That should be interesting. Knowing me I'll either feel absolutely nothing or i'll die.
